This policy describes how Spendwright ("we", "us") handles the information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

• Information you submit: when you request early access, we collect your work email and — if you provide it — your estimated cloud/LLM spend range.
• Attribution data: we record how you arrived at the site (campaign tags in the link you clicked, the referring page, and the landing page URL) so we can understand which of our outreach efforts work.
• Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics (which sets cookies and measures page views and engagement time, as described in Google's privacy policy) and may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies and collects usage data as described in LinkedIn's privacy policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn's cookies via LinkedIn's settings.
• Visitor identification: we use RB2B, a service that may identify business visitors to this site (such as your company and, for US visitors, your business contact profile) based on your device and network information, as described in RB2B's privacy policy. We use this only to understand which companies are interested in Spendwright.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access and set up onboarding if it's a fit.
• To understand, in aggregate, which kinds of companies and roles are interested in what we're building.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site and form (hosting and form processing), who process it only on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

We keep your submission only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you — email hello@spendwright.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
